Description
No claim to originality, I called my dish. Once I wanted something tasty, easy, new, and I cooked the potatoes. They called it differently: "potato pie" (not to be confused with this), "potatoes in my style." The essence is the same: the minimum of work, maximum pleasure.

Cooking
Roasting tray greased with margarine, sprinkle with bread crumbs, cut a raw potato with kruglyashi and cover the bottom of the pan with a thin layer
On top of the potatoes cut any raw vegetables: onions, zucchini, peppers, tomatoes. Add the canned fish. Here you can change everything, you can use any stuffing, perhaps the vegetable of the workpiece, instead of a canned - ham or without anything, only vegetables. Cover stuffing with a layer of potatoes, sprinkle with salt, sprinkle with oil, cover with foil and into the oven for an hour.
Under the foil potatoes like cooked steamed, sticky, the vegetables allowed juice is enough liquid. With the finished potatoes, remove the foil, sprinkle with grated cheese and bake 15 min.
With a spatula cut the potatoes into squares and served on a plate. Bon appetit!
