Souffle of pumpkin
It is no secret that many children do not like pumpkin, and not all adults have it to taste. But in vain! After all, it is a huge amount of useful minerals, nutrients and vitamins! So here's the recipe, definitely will be useful! Fragrant, delicate souffle of pumpkin are happy to eat naughty children and adults are unlikely to give up such wonderful Goodies!

Ingredients

  • Sugar

    75 g

  • Pumpkin

    500 g

  • Milk

    200 ml

  • Butter

    75 g

  • Semolina

    80 g

  • Chicken egg

    4 piece

  • Vanilla sugar

    2 pack

  • Lemon juice

    1 tsp

  • Salt

    1 pinch

Pumpkin remove seeds and peel, grate on a coarse grater or cut into small pieces. Put in a saucepan, pour the milk and cook until soft, 7-10 minutes.

Then, gradually pour semolina, stirring constantly to avoid lumps. Cook on low heat for about a minute.

Allow to cool, put it in the bowl of a blender, add the egg yolks, sugar, vanilla, melted butter and whisk.

Shift the mixture into a deep bowl. In a separate bowl beat with a mixer, in a thick stable foam, cold whites with a pinch of salt. At the end of the whisking pour in the lemon juice, beat slightly. Should get lush, thick hair. It is thick, but not liquid foam.

Carefully enter the beaten egg whites to the pumpkin mixture and very gently stir with a spoon, way down.

Spread in greased soufflé moulds. Put in the preheated oven and bake at 180 degrees for 25 minutes, then raise the temperature to 200 degrees and bake for another 10 minutes. Baking time depends on size of molds. The smaller the molds, the less baking time. So – stay tuned.

Ready souffle cool completely. Do not worry if the souffle will settle a little, the taste is not affected one bit. Oh, by the way, I forgot to say that the soufflé can be eaten hot right out of the mold... it's very, very gentle. My love soufflé fully cooled, saturated with liquid honey... delicious! Even the next day even tastier soufflé, it's to my taste.
