The sauce
Do not scold me! Blame is the name! This is the most common Mauritian dish. Scold (le rougaille) comes from the French roux d\'ail ("garlic sauce red"). The sauce can enter avocado, tomatoes, onions, garlic, ginger, black and Cayenne peppers, cucumbers. It goes well with meat and fish. Composition beat - cousin of guacamole - Mexican cuisine.
