Cooking
In a Cup mix the flour, cocoa powder, baking powder and vanilla
Separately grind softened butter with brown sugar with powdered sugar (pre-grind). Add the egg. A spoon pour the dry mixture
Alternately add the warm milk
You should get that kind of dough
Tablespoon put the dough on a greased baking sheet, flatten it to make a smooth lepeshechki
Bake in a hot oven at t-180* 12 minutes. When ready cool on a wire rack
Whisk cream to peaks with the icing sugar (if desired, you can add a fixer for cream)
Cooking bag (syringe) spread the cream on one flapjack, top close second. I got 7 pieces. Well, very tasty - would recommend! Enjoy your tea!
