Pie Dry
Dear cooks! Today I want to tell you about the cake "dry& quot;, but it melts in your mouth! Just the dough is dry and pours through your fingers! "Neobychnoe nny", but it is of the most ordinary products! It is just very unconventional. In General, not pie, and the magic! With it, you don't get dirty no hands, no shape! Ingredients

  • Apple

  • Flour

    1 cup

  • Semolina

    1 cup

  • Brown sugar

    1 cup

  • Leavening agent

    1 tsp

I suggest you to start with, cover the form with parchment paper for baking. This is a must! Otherwise the cake will be problematic to get a whole. And split form it can run (without parchment). My form 26 see

Now prepare the pastry, if you can call it that! Mix in one Cup: sifted flour with baking powder, semolina and cane sugar! All! The dough is ready!

Divide the dough into 3 equal parts!

Now prepare the filling. Apples for the cake, it is advisable to take sweet and sour (my favorite Granny Smith), and any berries (blueberries, cranberries, strawberries) - to your taste! I have raspberry. Frozen, in a package from the store. Berries to give to melt. Juice nowhere to drain is not necessary, take it all. Apples grate on a coarse grater and mix with raspberries. I made this beauty, which divide into 2 equal parts.

The last 1/3 part of the test grind into crumbs with softened butter. And put on pie. Now we send our "Unusual" pie in to bake at t=180 degrees for 50-60 minutes Until it will turn brown the top layer.
