Snack cake
Delicious pie, which can be very fast to cook and easy to disassemble into serving buns curls.

Ingredients

  • Puff pastry

    250 g

  • Feta

    200 g

  • Chicken egg

    1 piece

  • Yolk egg

    1 piece

  • Sour cream

    2 Tbsp

  • Garlic

    2 tooth

  • Greens

  • Cream

    1 Tbsp

  • Black pepper

  • Marjoram

Feta mashed with a fork, add passed through the press garlic,

Beat the egg, add to the stuffing. Also add sour cream, mix well.

The dough is thawed, roll out to a thickness of about 3 mm. On the dough evenly spread stuffing. Roll a layer of dough with filling in a fairly dense loaf.

Slice the roll across into pieces. Grease a round baking dish (20-22 cm) with butter. Lay out the pieces like hemp, not too tight.

Beat with a fork yolks with cream and lubricate the surface of the cake. Bake at 180*C for about 20 minutes.

Then remove the cake, sprinkle a pinch of grated Parmesan and put back in the oven. Bake until browned, about 15 minutes.
