Bulk oatmeal cake with apricot jam
Crumbly oat squares with a delicious jam-filled flavors of summer! Very tasty!

Ingredients

  • Oat flour

    130 g

  • Flour

    70 g

  • Oat flakes

    0.5 cup

  • Brown sugar

    150 g

  • Jam apricot

    300 g

  • Butter

    175 g

  • Cinnamon

    1 tsp

  • Leavening agent

    13 g

  • Salt

Ingredients. For this recipe, among other things, I used apricot jam TM Mahe. It blends perfectly with the oat cakes.

Mix the dry ingredients: oatmeal, flour, brown sugar, cinnamon, salt and baking powder.
