Ingredients. For this recipe, among other things, I used apricot jam TM Mahe. It blends perfectly with the oat cakes.
Mix the dry ingredients: oatmeal, flour, brown sugar, cinnamon, salt and baking powder.
Cold butter grate right into dry mixture and RUB with your hands into crumbs.
Zastelit parchment square form size 20×20cm.
On the bottom put 2/3 of the total mass and utrambovyvaya.
Apply a layer of apricot jam TM Mahe.
Sprinkle the remaining crumble (not pressing).
Bake 25-35 min until Golden brown at T 180°.
Cooled, cut into squares.
