Crab doughnuts
Love the donuts will revive Sunday lunch or a casual dinner will be the perfect addition to the ear, can be used as a snack with alcohol drinks or beer, very tasty with a variety of sauces based on herbs, garlic or ketchup.

Ingredients

  • Crab sticks

    15 piece

  • Flour

    550 g

  • Milk

    400 g

  • Chicken egg

    3 piece

  • Sugar

    1 Tbsp

  • Salt

    1 tsp

  • Yeast

    1.5 tsp

I cooked 1/3 portions. In warm milk add the yeast, sugar and salt, stir and wait 5-7 minutes until the surface of milk appears foamy cap. Add the egg, mix well.

Sift into the egg-milk mixture to the flour

Knead the dough, cover it with towel and leave to rest in a warm place for 30 minutes. The dough will be very soft, sticky, I kneaded it with a spoon.

Pouring flour, zamesit dough. Flour do not get carried away, otherwise the donuts will be tight.

Roll out the dough in a fairly thick layer and cut circles with a small glass.

Heat the vegetable oil and fry donuts deep-fried in batches of 5-7 pieces until Golden brown. Do not overdo, otherwise the doughnuts will be dry.

Ready donuts spread on a cloth, it will absorb the excess oil.
