Dry white wine

Cooking
Wash and dry chicken
Mix all the spices, break the Bay leaves
Add the wine and olive oil with chili
Place chicken fillet, it should be completely covered. Put in the fridge overnight.
Take out of the refrigerator, wash under running water and dry with a towel
