Delicious balychok of chicken breast, prepared easily, and the result is amazing!! Thanks Marais for such a great recipe=))

Ingredients

  • Chicken fillet

    300 g

  • Salt

    2 l

  • Sugar

    1 Tbsp

  • Seasoning

    1 l

  • Paprika sweet

    1 Tbsp

  • Black pepper

    1 tsp

  • Bay leaf

    6 piece

  • Dry white wine

    50 ml

  • Olive oil

    1 tsp

Wash and dry chicken

Mix all the spices, break the Bay leaves

Place chicken fillet, it should be completely covered. Put in the fridge overnight.
