Cooking

step-0
Faster, of course, cook mash... But we will do the wiser we will porastem. And get maximum benefit and energy! Moreover, as rightly asserts TM "Mistral", mung beans germinate easily. To do this, just pour the mash with clean cold water and leave for 10-12 hours.
step-1
Simultaneously with the soaking Masha, will make a stunningly delicious billet pickled onions. For this you need to clean the onion, cut into thin half-rings, put in a jar and pour fresh juice of lemon and orange, add a pinch of sea salt. Then close the jar, shake and put into the refrigerator.
step-2
The next step is to make a concentrated coconut milk. Of course, you can buy... But we will do wiser – we're gonna make it out of the coconut. And not only are guaranteed to get a useful product without preservatives, but a decent will save, given the fact that we get a "side" product in the form of homemade coconut chips. In General, you need to open the coconut with a vegetable peeler to cut off the brown skin, cut into "flesh" in small pieces, put in blender, add 1.5-2 tbsp. water and beat 1 minute. Then strain the stock through cheesecloth into 4 layers, press. Pour milk into a jar, cover, refrigerate.
step-3
1/2 tsp of agar soaked in 100 ml of cold water. You can not soak, but so handy – the time of boiling is reduced to 30 seconds, and once we make a blank, why not complete all the preparatory work immediately? Ideally the preparatory steps to do in the evening. Then the next day at any time to prepare a funny salad.
step-4
After 10-12 hours the mash is ready to eat – the first small shoots will hatch, and don't need more – like this mash juicier and more tender than a lot of germinated. It is possible to assemble the salad! First put the "yolks". To do this, cut about 1 cm of the tops are yellow or orange cherry.
step-5
Now, we "whites". For this purpose a solution of soaked agar bring to a boil and while stirring boil for 30 seconds. Remove from the heat and leave to cool to T=60C. This is necessary in order to avoid high temperature on the coconut milk and to preserve the nutrients of the product. When the solution has cooled sufficiently, remove from the refrigerator a jar of coconut milk, shake and add 100 ml of milk in the agar solution with constant stirring. Pour the mixture into a suitable container with a layer of 0.5 mm In a random order to put the "yolks" and leave in a cool place for freezing.
step-6
Meanwhile, Golden gram sprouts thoroughly rinse and drain in a sieve. Squeeze pickled onions, place in a deep bowl. Add 1 tbsp of sesame oil. You can use any vegetable, unrefined, cold-pressed sesame but, of course, gives its piquancy. Add sprouts, finely chopped parsley and mix. Chop the tomatoes, prepare the arugula, but don't add to the salad - it is better to do it just before serving to preserve freshness.
step-7
On the plate lay "eggs", spoon carving out the desired shape. Liberally sprinkle freshly ground black pepper and black salt, it will give us the desired egg smell. Carefully and gently stir the salad or put portions, or submit to a beautiful communal salad bowl.
