Striped sponge cake with plums
Very gentle, fluffy, lovely biscuits. Sponge cake cooked in multivarka Stadler Form

Ingredients

  • Chicken egg

    6 piece

  • Flour

    240 g

  • Sugar

    300 g

  • Cocoa powder

    2 Tbsp

  • Vanilla sugar

    10 g

  • Drain

    200 g

  • Powdered sugar

    1 Tbsp

Cooking

1. Proteins separated from the yolks. Proteins vzbit in a solid foam. Whisking gradually add sugar.

2. Then while whisking add the egg yolks one at a time.

3. Then gradually add the sifted flour, stirring with a spatula from top to bottom.

5. Plums cleaned of seeds, mixed with a spoon of sugar. In the bowl multivarki put the plums, then pour 1/3 of the dough, gently flatten.

6. From the top through a sieve to send cocoa powder. Then again, 1/3 of the test.

7. And again a layer of cocoa. Then put the rest of the dough. To prepare mode pastries 50 minutes. I cooked in multivarka Stadler Form. Pie, remove from the bowl multivarki, cool. Ready cake sprinkle with powdered sugar.
