So HOW to do tat I will not write (nor was such a problem:) ) But I watched all (or almost all) the recipes and realized that the dough for tat I'm doing a completely different recipe. There is nothing complicated: all of these products knead the dough and give it a go. The dough is not steep, and even a bit watery, at first glance:) Splits very easily, Bellamy obtained just light and airy. If you use dry yeast, then look on the package how much yeast is required for 0.5 kg of flour.
