Cooking

step-0
Take all the vegetables, they will need quite a bit.
step-1
Cut rabbit. Put in a pan with vegetables and mix.
step-2
Season with salt and sprinkle with garlic powder.
step-3
Pour beer. I have a dark Guiness, you can take any beer. Dark or unfiltered. Importantly, this is a good beer.
step-4
Cover with foil and put in a preheated 200*C oven. Rabbit needs time to become soft. Cook half an hour under foil.
step-5
Remove the foil and allow the rabbit to brown for another 30-40 minutes. The beer is almost evaporated. Vegetables extinguish and would be a gorgeous side dish-a sauce.
step-6
The result will exceed all your expectations!
step-7
The rabbit is ready. As you can see, a minimum of effort, plenty of time remains for any of your business or on holiday.
step-8
You can make rice (on the side) with a twist of lime and cilantro, but it is optional.
step-9
All! Delicious, juicy, tender rabbit is ready.
step-10
Bon appétit!
step-11
Pamper your favorite! Cook with pleasure!
