Cooking
Cook the broth. To do this, take your favorite part of the chicken to 1.5 liters of cold water. For example, if you want more meat, then the breast, and I prefer more nourishing back. Cook for a few minutes, turn it off, put the chicken in a bowl, and a pot and pour clean water in which continue to cook the chicken, add the Bay leaf and onions (I cut into 4 pieces, but the whole).
