Especially popular today enjoy tiger shrimp, one of the main advantages of which is their size. Unlike smaller counterparts, have a lower fat content. Their tender and tasty meat contains calcium, protein and other substances necessary for the development of the body.

Cooking
In a small saucepan with cold water immersion frozen prawns for 10 minutes.
Cut the shrimp along the back (a bit, not dorezaya to the end).
Right here is a thin but long stomach. Clean it!
Rinse peeled shrimp in cold water.
In a small deep bowl squeeze lemon juice (1/2 lemon).
Add balsamic vinegar (1 tbsp), sugar (1/2 tbsp), salt (2 whispers).
All good stir and taste! Taste the sauce should be sweet and sour with a strong taste of balsamic vinegar.
Marinade for literally 1-2 minutes, pour in the olive oil and stir. Preheat the oven to 170 gr.
On a greased baking sheet lay out the shrimp, slit down and bake in the oven for 5 minutes.
Served with lemons and young lettuce. This method of cut shrimp is easy to peel them ready to use.
Shrimp is very quick to prepare, and therefore baked tiger prawns perfect!
