Very similar in taste to DISHES! Of course, it's not Lecho in the full sense of the word, but the taste is very reminiscent of the Soviet Lecho that produced the Hungarian firm "Globus". But if not to compare, it was delicious just awesome gizmo. I can confidently say it is TASTY, and how. With any side dish, rice, pasta, buckwheat, etc. Squash the squash model. This salad can be successfully used squash
Or zucchini, or a mixture. As the crop will allow.
Squash or zucchini, even middle-aged, and elderly, parasitologie, clean, and free from seeds and cut into cubes.
Pepper to clear of seeds and stalks and cut into strips.
Tomatoes grind in a blender or skip through Mincer.
In a large (not aluminum) saucepan put tomato puree, put it on the fire, once the mixture boils, put into it the pepper and squash.
Add salt and sugar, pour in vegetable oil. Cook for 15-20 minutes.
At the end of cooking pour the vinegar.
The finished product can be decomposed into sterilized jars, sterilize for 20 minutes, roll up, to turn upside down until cool. I used to sterilize one jar in the pan, what a chore.
And as it turns out conveniently in the oven to sterilize. Super!
