Layered salad
Is so called because it is a favorite salad not only our family, but all friends. All who try it, and say, "Great!"

Ingredients

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Fish fillets

    2 piece

  • Carrots

    5 piece

  • Mushrooms

    400 g

  • Mayonnaise

  • Vinegar

    1 Tbsp

  • Vegetable oil

    3 Tbsp

  • Dill

    1 coup

Cooking

Onions cut into half rings, sprinkle with a little vinegar and allow to stand.

Fish fillet cut into small pieces and fry in oil slightly salted.

Carrots rubbed on a large grater and to extinguish in a pan, adding some water and pepper (or sprinkle with spicy seasoning).

Mushrooms cut and fry in vegetable oil.

Begin to lay out our salad. The first layer of pickled onions and fish, grease mayonnaise.

Then the carrots, grease with mayonnaise.

The last layer, mushrooms and also lubricates mayonnaise.

On top decorate with chopped dill and refrigerate for 30 minutes to saturate the salad.
