When the mass has cooled slightly, again put on fire, bring to a boil again and remove. Thus, by the way, Turkish coffee is prepared: bring to boil coffee in Turku several times (2-3 times).
Strain to leave only the liquid coffee lemon. Of course, you lemons washed, crushed with a blender and add to coffee, but I do continue without them - the aroma and taste already))
"Coffee with lemon" pour into a saucepan, add sugar, boil down until thick. The amount of sugar it is better to measure the same capacity as the fluid, i.e. 500 ml of the final "coffee with lemon", you must add 500 g of sugar.
During boiling, you can dip a sprig of mint for 5 minutes, the flavor will be even more interesting if You like mint. But you can do without this step.
You can boil until very thick, coffee syrup. I cook in a slow cooker, it is very convenient, not burnt, stirring is not absolutely necessary, but the smells... of Course, it's easy to just repeat it on the stove in a saucepan on low heat and stirring occasionally.
You can add a little gelatin, and you get something akin to jam. It's easy to portray and with orange, tangerine and even grapefruit - experiment!
But I like the consistency of liquid honey! You can lubricate any cakes, just to pancakes or radcam, and just with tea or coffee. Bon appetit!
