Delicious and simple crackers that you can spread pate or to dunk in the sauce, but you can just nibble on as well.

Cooking
In a bowl, mix the water, olive oil and salt. Add 130 g of flour and stir. The dough is very soft but does not stick due to oil in it. If it seems too soft, add another 20 grams of flour. Cover with plastic wrap and leave at room temperature to rest for 20 minutes.
Divide the dough into two parts. Take a sheet of baking paper and place it on the Desk. On it with your fingers to spread a piece of dough into a very thin rectangle. The rolling pin is not needed, the dough is very soft and easy to apply by hand.
In a small bowl mix the ingredients for brushing crackers. With a brush apply the mixture on the crust. Sprinkle the dough with poppy and sesame seeds. You can use other seeds of your choice. Finally, put red onion, sliced into thin quarter rings.
Transfer the dough along with the paper on a baking sheet. Cut into squares, then into triangles. Better to cut with a pizza cutter.
Similarly prepare the second part of the test. Preheat the oven to 170 degrees and bake until Golden brown for 7-10 minutes, depending on thickness of crackers.
