Pie
This cake is made from simple and affordable products, but in the end it's filling and tasty, and a cool time of the year is just what you need. I cook it, when we're going camping, or when my husband is going on fishing trips, or gatherings of friends. When you eat it, the crust breaks off right hands, and filling uletaem spoon. You can say that this cake - "two in one" - and a hearty porridge and soft bread.

Ingredients

  • Yeast

  • Rye flour

  • Salt

  • Sugar

  • Sour cream

    1 Tbsp

  • Chicken egg

  • Butter

    75 g

  • Water

    220 ml

  • Millet

    180 g

  • Onion

  • Carrots

    1 piece

  • Stew

    1 can

  • Broth

    1.5 cup

  • Vegetable oil

    1 Tbsp

  • The mixture of peppers

Cooking

For the dough mix whole wheat flour, rye flour and dry yeast

Add salt, sugar, soft butter, sour cream, egg, water. Knead the dough and leave it to come on 1.5 hours in a warm place.

For the filling, use millet, onions, carrots, stew, broth, mixture of peppers.

Saute onion in vegetable oil and butter for 5 min.
