step-0
Here are our handsome-mushrooms!!! However, it is not all that we have collected.. White pickled and dried... But the boletus and aspen mushrooms in the soup!!! And so, clean, wash, cut and boil the mushrooms well.
step-1
Drain the water, which was the first time I cooked mushrooms. Rinse the mushrooms. Fill with water (which will be already for the soup) and bring to a boil, turn down the gas the gas to boil, add the Laurel. sheet.
step-2
Fry the onion and carrots for rust. oil.
step-3
Cut the potato cubes
step-4
When the mushrooms will give away all the flavor and aroma of the broth (take out Laurel. sheet., more we do not need), add our roasted onions and carrots, potatoes. Sprinkle with salt and pepper to taste. Once the soup is boiling, add the grated garlic. A knob of butter (for flavor and taste) Bring the soup until tender. Infuse...
step-5
Serve with sour cream and greens. Soup, very tasty. tender, flavorful and most importantly, nothing superfluous. And at this point realize that in the woods you was not in vain!!! BON APPETIT!!!
