Pea soup with pork and Basil
Recipe taken from the magazine "School of chef". Read here all pea soups, have not found. In General, pea soup is not very popular, I don't really like it, as it does any other soup (except green cabbage soup with mushrooms or a nice nourishing soup). But her husband to feed ;) So cook soups often and with pleasure! And this soup is aromatic and delicious.

Ingredients

  • Basil

  • Salt

  • Black pepper

Cooking

Peas should be pre-soaked in water for 2-3 hours.

Pieces of pork and fry in butter, after which put in a saucepan with water and bring to a boil, removing the fat.

While cooking meat, peel the potatoes, cut into cubes, chop onions, carrots grate. I put everything into the pan, pepper, and roasted until soft potatoes. The flavor is not passed!

Rinsed the peas and drop into a pan with the meat. Boil until soft. After put the fried vegetables, add a few pinches of Basil, salt and pepper. Cook until tender.
