Prepare the required products.
In a deep pan pour vegetable oil. Put on the fire. Put in a hot frying pan and fry the meat for about 10 minutes. Add spices to taste.
The water to boil. In a pan pour hot water so that the meat is slightly closed. Saute 10 minutes.
