This cake recipe I once gave a colleague from work my mom. I tried to bake this cake, I liked it very much and was delighted with the cake my family and friends. Now I want to share the recipe with you. I hope my cake "Nikita" will have to taste.

Cooking
Sugar with margarine to grind hot, add the egg, sour cream(can yogurt), soda and flour. Knead the dough, the consistency is equal to pelmeni
Roll the dough to a thickness of 0.5 mm, cut out circles of dough and place in the oven. Bake for 10-15 minutes at 200 degrees (i.e., to a rosy color). In this way we are preparing all the dough.
Can make dough "noses", as for the dumplings, and bake them(as it will be easier to cut the dough). For the cream: sour cream combine the sugar, whisk to dissolve sugar. The cream is ready.
When all the dough is baked, proceed with assembling the cake. A large plate (I used the form in diameter 24) cover with plastic wrap or a plastic bag, pour the cream slightly and spread on the cream circles, again pour the cream and sprinkle with nuts and raisins. The top of the cake, too, fill with cream and decorate as you like (I just sprinkled with nuts and colored coconut)
