I'm on the website nearly two and a half years.. Found it, like many, by accident.. neither before, Nor after, nor on one cooking site I haven't been.. Go - go to many, but no more.. not Even registered anywhere else... From the first time something I like, hit something... And for some reason I immediately wanted to post their recipes... First, without a photo, but quickly got bored.. started to experiment with the camera... Since then, he "spelled out" in the kitchen. Close first laughed, bantered about my new Hobbies, but realizing that besides the fact that I photograph, I cook, I stopped. Now they sometimes pop the camera in hand, asking for something to photograph in the kitchen, knowing that there will be something new and delicious. First I prepared according to proven recipes, and then began the contests, and then came time to turn on the imagination, creativity... to come up with new dishes were more interesting. In the end, now, set the table for the feast, for example, or just to prepare lunch or dinner for me experiment.. And I have had a desire to photograph better, to decorate dishes.. suppose I am not the super expert in this area, but I'm learning.. And all this - THANKS to the COOK!!! And to congratulate the favorite site I want baskets of dough that is traditional, substantial, such, something, and what I want to wish the site.. And also the variety that everyone could find something that they like.. Like filling my baskets.. Four cream, caramelized nuts and a piece of chocolate. So let's begin. Many photos because, as always, tried to photograph the detail. First you need to make decorations. This chocolate melted in a water bath.

Spread the chocolate in Carnatic and parchment paper to write letters (or those decorations which You need). To freeze put in the freezer. The remains of the chocolate is not discarded, not eaten, they need to cream.

Next, the dough. For the dough, beat 3 eggs and Cup of sugar, add a pinch of salt to taste.

And add flour mixed with baking powder and sifted. Flour may take a little more or less, all depends on the size of the eggs, and the quality of the flour. Look at their feelings, the dough should not stick to hands, but to remain soft and supple.

The molds I have not oiled it, just moistened with cold water. From the test, tear off a piece and use your fingers to distribute the forms.

Of parchment paper cut out squares, put in each basket and pour the peas or beans (not sorry). This is to ensure that the basket does not rise. If you will be baked two portions of the baskets (like me), for the second portion you can use the same parchment with the filling, it is very easily removed.

Bake the baskets in a preheated oven at 200*, until done. I have not timed, focused mind.

Now for the cream. Cream No. 1 separate the whites from the yolks. Proteins while in the side, and to the yolks add Cup sugar, and whisk on a water bath until thick (to thicken should much).

When the egg yolks with the sugar has cooled, add soft butter (150g). Whisk.

Divide the cream into two parts, one part mix with the remaining melted chocolate.

For the cream # 2 in a saucepan put the cocoa powder, sugar (5CT.l.), milk and butter (1tbsp.l., no slides). Bring to a boil, stirring constantly. Cool.

Cream No. 3 cook the syrup of 1/4 Cup water and 7 tablespoons of sugar. Beat whites in resistant foam.

Pour in the hot syrup and continue beating (on low speed).

And gradually add soft butter, continuing to mix. Beat 7-8 minutes.

For caramelized nuts in a frying pan put the sugar (4st.l.), oil (1tbsp.l.) and 1st.l. water. Over high heat, stirring constantly, bring to a boil and cook until the liquid has become a little dark.

Add walnuts (they have to pre-grind). Stir well, so as to form large clumps.

Now in the process of filling the baskets. The first layer - oil-yolk cream with chocolate.
