Layered salad with eggplant and sunflower seeds
I love to cook something new. So what happened with this salad: I bought the magazine "Cooking ideas", like the classic combination of eggplant and tomato, and the seeds add a flavor of this salad. In my family it has taken root, maybe someone else will like it, try it.

Ingredients

  • Eggplant

  • Tomato

    2 piece

  • Sunflower seeds

    2 pack

  • Chicken egg

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Cheese

  • Vegetable oil

    50 ml

  • Mayonnaise

  • Basil

Start, in fact, to the salad. Put in a bowl with a thick layer of eggplant. The recipe had plenty of grease with mayonnaise, but I thought it was too much, so the coated mesh of mayonnaise. Decorate the edges with mayonnaise, and sprinkle again the middle seeds. The salad is ready to use put 1 hour in the refrigerator. Salad turns out very satisfying.
