Cooking
Wash the peas in running water and soak until it swells.
Smoked chicken wings put in a saucepan with cold water be sure that will give your broth a rich taste. Put on the fire.
Prepare and clean the vegetables. Potatoes, onions, carrots, garlic. The garlic be sure to remove the core. This is necessary in order to make the garlic taste milder.

When all the ingredients are well cooked and become soft, pour the soup into a blender and beat well.

Pour the soup back into the pot.
Add milk. (Milk to adjust the consistency. You can add a little more milk than stated in the recipe, if the soup is too thick. You can also add milk instead of cream, but this will increase cost and will increase the fat content of our dishes, and the extra fats we don't need))). Bring to taste with salt.
Add chopped chicken and again bring to a boil, stirring constantly so the soup doesn't burn. Give writing a rolling boil to just one minute on medium heat and all! Remove, turn off, throw down the apron, calling the rail and call drinks!
