Soup with white beans and mushrooms
Red, fragrant and delicious soup for a loved one! If you cook it on the water, will turn out equally delicious and hearty meatless borsch. And there's one small feature of this recipe is in his "sugarce".

Thoroughly wash the beets and put to boil until tender (about 40 minutes). Poke it with a knife, if soft, then drain off water and cool. While the beets are getting cold, put on a medium heat in the broth and do zazharku.
