Cheese bagels with bacon
And again my favorite cheese theme... Warm, aromatic, inviting to the table the cheese bagels from dough stuffed with finely chopped bacon and fresh cheese – what could be more delicious and tasty Breakfast in the day.

Ingredients

  • Flour

    180 g

  • Margarine

    100 g

  • Cream cheese

    150 g

  • Yolk egg

    1 piece

  • Cheese

    100 g

  • Salt

  • Peppers red hot chilli

  • Baking powder

    1 tsp

  • Bacon

  • Adyghe cheese

  • Sesame

To drive the yolk.

Add a solid, grated on a coarse grater cheese.

Add salt, pepper, add the flour with baking powder. Flour may need more or less. Knead elastic, not very stiff dough, form a ball, cover with film and put in the fridge for 30 minutes. If anyone doesn't know, baking powder is a mixture of baking soda and citric acid, taken in equal amounts.

Roll the dough into a circle with a thickness of approximately 5-7 mm, the dough is too delicate to roll out better covering the film. Cut into triangles.

On the wide end of each triangle put a small piece of thinly sliced bacon, and a slice of Adygei cheese.

The triangles roll tube. Lubricate the loose end with the milk and salt yolk. Or just milk. Sprinkle with sesame seeds and bake in pre-heated oven at 160-180 degrees for about 15-20 minutes, until Golden brown, let stand on the baking sheet for 5-10 minutes and eat immediately while they're warm.
