Three unusual marinade for barbecue
There are plenty of marinades for barbecue. I decided to move away from traditional marinades and try something new. The result I was very pleased! I invite You to try three not quite ordinary marinade: Japanese, Chinese and spicy. Pickles was not invented by herself, and learned in a single edition.

Ingredients

  • Soy sauce

    300 ml

  • Lime

    2 piece

  • Cilantro

    1 coup

  • Ginger

    70 g

  • Sesame oil

    50 ml

  • Chili

    1 piece

  • Milk

    500 ml

  • Honey

    150 ml

  • Mint

    3 piece

  • Lime

    3 piece

  • Sichuan pepper

    2 tsp

  • Soy sauce

    300 ml

  • Water

    100 ml

  • Mustard

    200 g

  • Vegetable oil

    200 ml

  • Tarragon

    3 piece

  • Honey

    150 ml

  • Soy sauce

    100 ml

  • Meat

Japanese marinade gives full-blooded Asian taste. Suitable for fish, any bird, shrimp and beef. Marinating for at least 2-3 hours. This amount of marinade for 2-3 lbs. of meat. Mix Kikkoman soy sauce with the juice of limes.

Add coarsely chopped cilantro and chili.

This also put grated or thinly sliced ginger.

Pour sesame oil and stir. The marinade is ready.

Chinese marinade adds an unusual sweet-spicy taste. Great for oily fish, veal, veal liver, chicken. The marinating time for at least 2-3 hours. This amount is 1-2 kg. of meat. Mix milk with soy sauce Kikkoman.

Add the honey, mint leaves and lime.

Add Sichuan pepper, stir. The marinade is ready, pour the meat and leave for at least 2 hours.

Spicy marinade perfectly softens hard fibers and gives a spicy touch. Ideal for duck, pork, lamb, shrimp. The marinating time is at least 1 hour. The number per 1 kg. of meat. Mix water, honey, mustard and soy sauce, Kikkoman

Add the butter, chopped tarragon, stir and pour the meat.

Each marinade if necessary, it needs more salt and doperchit. Strung on skewers and fry on the grill or on the grill until tender.
