Sicheniki of the Tavern
I was in Tuapse on the anniversary of moms. She said it in Ukrainian restaurant "Shynok". In General it was very funny to come from Ukraine to the Caucasus to get to the Ukrainian pub :) Was there a special meat dish. I personally liked the idea, and I decided to recreate it at home. Meanwhile, clean the mushrooms.

It has a natural flavor enhancer (I'm talking about natural, relatively expensive sauce produced by natural fermentation, not cheap surrogate with a bunch of chemicals). Before grilling, sprinkle the mushrooms with soy sauce and allow to stand for 5 minutes.

Heat the oil, throw the mushrooms and fry until Golden brown. At the end of cooking coloring mushrooms a pinch of dried porcini mushrooms. This was the second thing. The mushrooms come out incredibly delicious and flavorful.
