Chicken rolls with mushrooms and cheese
Simple to prepare, but very tasty dish, even for a holiday, even for a romantic dinner for two

Ingredients

  • Chicken fillet

    4 piece

  • Mushrooms

    200 g

  • Cheese

    4 Tbsp

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Salt

  • Black pepper

  • Vegetable oil

    100 g

  • Sour cream

    200 g

  • Garlic

    5 tooth

  • Dill

    2 Tbsp

Breast repel, salt and pepper.

Mushrooms (I had frozen flap mushrooms) and onions finely chop, fry in a frying pan, lightly salt and pepper. Allow to cool.

In a bowl, mix sour cream, dill, garlic,

To put together this sauce. I have it was very thick, as sour cream is not a shop, and farm.

On the breast put the mushrooms with onions, sprinkle them with grated cheese

Rolls to roll, stab a toothpick and fry in a skillet in oil on both sides until Golden brown.

Then place the rolls in a saucepan or deep frying pan, pour sauce and then on slow fire for 15-20 minutes.

Serve with boiled potatoes and drink in pleasant company. Bon appetit! (Don't forget to remove the toothpicks!!!)
