Crush cookies into fine crumbs. The butter melts.

Gelatin soak. With oranges, remove the zest and squeeze the juice.
Then heated gelatin. Mix with the juice and filter. Cool. Meanwhile, beat with a mixer cream. Gradually add condensed milk.
Continuing to whisk, pour in the juice with the dissolved gelatin.
The resulting cream is poured into a form on the cake.
Put in the fridge for 2-3 hours.
Then sprinkle with zest. Very carefully pour the orange Jell-o (instructions on the package, but water to take less). Put into the fridge.
After hardening remove the bumpers. You can decorate with chocolate.
