Bavarian rice cream
Very tasty and sweet cream-flavored ice cream. Can be served as a standalone dessert or use as a filling.

Ingredients

  • Milk

    2 cup

  • Yolk egg

    3 piece

  • Gelatin

    2 Tbsp

  • Sugar

    1 cup

  • Vanilla sugar

    1 pack

  • Ice cream

    2 pack

  • Cream

    0.5 cup

Wash rice so that the water was clean. Milk to boil. Rice pour boiling water for 30 seconds, drain, pour over it boiling milk and cook until tender. Should get milk porridge. Cool. 2 tbsp. gelatin soaked in 10 tbsp boiling water.

RUB the yolks with sugar and pour cream.

Add the cooled rice and vanilla sugar, mix gently. Cool.

Ice cream the recipe requires 2 packs, it is unclear how many grams. I added in the cooled cream to taste 100 g of melted ice cream. Cream lay on the vases. If placed in molds, which then will turn over, douse them with cold water. Cool 2 hours. Before serving, dip the molds for a few seconds in hot water, gently turn the saucer. Decorate with grated chocolate and berries. Cream it is quite sweet, sugar can be put smaller.
