Wanted something fresh, light... and So was born this salad. And not for nothing was born - very useful!!!
Ingredients

Cooking
Shred cabbage thin strips, sprinkle a pinch of salt and a little promyat to become softer.
Carrot peel and grate on a coarse grater, add to the cabbage.
Pepper cleaned, cut into strips and then a thin noodle.
Cucumber cut into strips. Add salt to taste, a pinch of sugar and everything is very thoroughly mixed.
I wanted to fill the salad with a mixture of olive oil, mustard and Apple cider vinegar, but then I remembered that in the fridge I got a bottle of sauce that I bought back in September in Finland and didn't know where to use it. Opened the sauce, tried it and was just speechless... It was SO yummy!!! Here is the sauce I poured on top of your salad.
