Soup for the defender
Simple and yet very hearty soup.

Ingredients

  • Salt

    0.5 tsp

  • Thyme

    3 piece

  • Allspice

  • Vegetable oil

    1 Tbsp

  • Brisket

    150 g

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Carrots

    1 piece

  • Bulgur

    120 g

Cooking

For cooking we will need Bulgur, Carrots, Onion, Bacon, Thyme (optional, to taste salt, pepper and rust. oil for frying).

Cut the bacon and carrots diced, onions finely.

Fry the bacon in stretch. oil, take out and put in the same pan the onions and carrots. In boiling water put fried onion and carrot, add the bulgur. After 5 minutes, add the bacon and a few sprigs of thyme. Cook for 15 min Over 5 min. until tender add pepper and salt to taste. Remove from soup thyme.

For decoration can add finely chopped cilantro. In this case, for decoration was added some gorasen green peas. Bon appetit!
