Striped grill kit. Part 1
Chicken steaks-grill complete with vegetables in saffron sauce and soft tortillas from the grill. These complimentarmi each other compound will be an excellent full and hearty lunch, striped.

Ingredients

  • Chicken fillet

    2 piece

  • Garlic

    2 tooth

  • Lemon

    0.5 piece

  • Olive oil

    3 Tbsp

  • Orange juice

    150 ml

  • Leeks

    1 piece

  • Saffron

  • Cream

    150 ml

  • Spinach

    150 g

For the marinade, grind the peeled garlic with the lemon zest, juice and pinch of salt in a mortar or in a processor. Add olive oil, stir well until smooth.

Chicken fillet cut in half lengthwise (do not beat!). Liberally with marinade and leave for 30 minutes.

For the sauce, pour saffron in a small amount of hot water. Leeks washed and cut into thin rings and saute in a tablespoon of olive oil until tender. Pour the saffron infusion and the orange juice, simmer over low heat for 5-10 minutes without a lid, the liquid is partially evaporated.

Wash spinach, add to pan and, stirring, simmer until tender spinach, literally, 2-3 minutes.

A vegetable stew pour the cream and let the sauce simmer for a few minutes. If the sauce will seem too runny, you can thicken with a teaspoon of starch, stir in a small amount of water. Sauce salt and pepper to taste.

Chicken steak fried on a dry griddle pan (or normal pan).
