I love mushrooms, but it just so happened that we live where they don't grow, but rather something that grows, most likely the food. Have to settle for button mushrooms, oyster mushrooms, well, frozen and dried mushrooms. For those who are familiar with this situation, my recipe pots with mushrooms, cauliflower (which this year we also napryazhenka), with creamy cheese flavor, meat surprisily and crispy bread-cheese cap. It seems difficult? Nothing of the sort, it's very simple! For the contest "Autumn tango".

Cooking
First, let's meat. It should be cut into very thin slices. This meat is a little freeze. What will be the size of the slices - it does not matter, though, the smaller, the easier it is to continue to work with meat.

Mushrooms cut into small julienne strips (2 pieces leave). Fry in vegetable oil.
Add the onions. Salt, pepper - to taste. Fry until cooked.
