Chicken fillet in Harbin
A simple and quick recipe of cooking chicken. This dish I cooked in multivarka VITEK VT-4215 BW.

Ingredients

  • Chicken fillet

    2 piece

  • Soy sauce

    1 Tbsp

  • Garlic

    2 tooth

  • Ginger

    1 tsp

  • Sugar

    1.5 Tbsp

  • Flour

    1 Tbsp

  • Vinegar

    3 Tbsp

  • Vegetable oil

    2 Tbsp

  • Lemon juice

    2 Tbsp

  • Starch

    1 tsp

  • Water

    1 Tbsp

  • Green onions

    3 piece

1-1,5 cm ginger root to grate 2-3 cloves of garlic crushed. Add 1 tsp sugar, 1 tbsp soy sauce and 2 tablespoons rice vinegar. Mix all. Chicken fillet wash and dry.

Slice the chicken fillet into small pieces and mix with marinade. To enable multiverse, select the mode "Roasting", time 15 minutes. Heat 2 tbsp oil and put the fillets (in one layer) and fry on both sides until cooked.

While the fillet is fried, make the sauce. To do this, mix in a small saucepan 2 tbsp lemon juice, 1 tbsp water, 1 tbsp rice vinegar, 1 tbsp sugar, 1 tsp starch. Heat, stirring constantly. Bring to boil and boil for a minute. The sauce is ready add to the chicken and mix well.
