Cooking
If you are a happy owner unsalted pistachios, the task is simplified. You just have to clean them from the shell. If you have salted pistachios, should be thoroughly rinsed in cold water and leave to dry. With lemon to remove the zest fine grater. Smash the pistachios into small pieces.
White chocolate melt in a water bath or in the microwave to a liquid state.
Add to chocolate 1 tbsp lemon juice
Zest and pistachios. Mix well.
The mixture to fill the notched silicone molds for ice or chocolate, leaving a little space at the top.
Melt dark chocolate and fill the remaining space. Excess carefully remove with a knife or spatula. Refrigerate at least 3 hours.
