Quick pickled zucchini
Cooked very quickly, and you can eat immediately. Suitable for any meat or as a separate snack.

Ingredients

  • Zucchini

    2 piece

  • Cilantro

  • Garlic

    3 tooth

  • Vinegar

    2 Tbsp

  • Soy sauce

    2 Tbsp

  • Salt

    2 tsp

  • Peppers red hot chilli

    1 tsp

  • Sugar

    2 Tbsp

  • Water

Cut into thin slices.

Mix all the ingredients in a bowl.

Lay the zucchini in a jar, add the cilantro, put the chopped garlic.

Pour dressing with spices in a jar and pour all the boiling water. A little stir and leave to cool. You can eat.
