Salted salmon with pomegranate juice and a snack out of it
I'm always salted fish. This time experimented with pomegranate juice and soy sauce. The result we liked. And I want to offer a light snack for a romantic picnic.

Ingredients

  • Salmon

    400 g

  • Pomegranate juice

    50 ml

  • Soy sauce

    2 Tbsp

  • Olive oil

    2 Tbsp

  • Black pepper

  • Salt

    0.5 tsp

  • Parmesan

    50 g

  • Cucumber

    1 piece

  • Greens

1. The fish to skin, remove bones and RUB on all sides with salt. In a separate container, mix soy sauce, oil, pomegranate juice and pepper.

2. To shift the fish to the marinade, cover and put into the fridge overnight.

3. For starters, grate cheese on a fine grater. Preheat the pan, put some cheese on the pan, once it melts and starts to bubble, remove pan from heat. To give a few seconds for the cheese to set and gently pry up the plug to remove from the pan, slice cheese. To shift a cheese pellet on the rolling pin, so they took a semicircular shape. Cool.

4. Then the salmon cut into thin slices, cucumber cut into thin circles. On the cheese put a slice of cucumber. the top slice of fish. Garnish with greens. I even put a flower sage. Bon appetit!
