Cooking

step-0
The first step: to prepare dough. You can use your favorite recipe. I did the butter in advance briefly put in the freezer. Frozen butter quickly, grate, grind with sifted flour and a pinch of salt into crumbs.
step-1
Add the egg yolk, knead thoroughly, and if necessary add 1-2 tablespoons of cold water. The dough put into the refrigerator for 10-15 minutes while we prepare the filling.
step-2
Cottage cheese (not liquid!) RUB with 2 tablespoons of sour cream and egg..
step-3
.. 3 kinds of cheese to grate on a coarse grater, to the cream cheese add the blue cheese and half solid, a little salt, mix well.
step-4
Vegetables can choose according to your taste, I took 1/4 of eggplant, zucchini, peppers and carrots. Slice with a vegetable peeler ribbons with a thickness of 1 mm wide tapes cut in half.
step-5
Form (I 28х15 cm) grease with butter, spread the dough with your hands, forming a low rim 1-2 cm, prick with a fork and send in preheated oven for 5 minutes, until the dough is a little "grab" to put on top of cottage cheese mixture, flatten.
step-6
Decorate vegetable ribbons, shoving them carefully into the cheese. Bake at 180-200*C for 20-30 minutes (be guided by his oven).
step-7
5 minutes before the end sprinkle remaining half of cheese and bring to it will turn brown! To get carefully, because the filling will be slightly runny, but slightly cooled down, will be a wonderful stringy cheese texture.
step-8
The aroma is stunning, and looks delicious and elegant! Let cool slightly in shape and carefully remove, serve immediately, but cold is also very tasty!
