Pear tart
Today I come to you with a simple and delicious pear flan. A bit like they already have Janecheh cook, but since my world is different, let me to put option.

Ingredients

  • Sugar

    150 g

  • Chicken egg

    2 piece

  • Sour cream

    3 Tbsp

  • Yogurt

    200 g

  • The dough is flaky unleavened

    250 g

  • Pear

    5 piece

  • Water

    500 ml

  • Vanilla

Pear peel, cut in half, scoop out the flesh.

The water, sugar and vanilla make a syrup.

To give it the pear, the time depends on ripeness. I had a ripe pear, so I took only 3 min. no one to hold, than to overdo.

The dough raskatat, nakalat with a fork, cover with baking paper, pour beans, peas, in my case ceramic balls and bake for 10 minutes in a preheated 180° oven. To cool down a bit. The paper with the pebbles, of course, be removed.

Meanwhile, prepare cream. First mix the yogurt with the sugar, then add eggs and sour cream. I was a bit mistaken and confused all at once, but the taste is not affected :)

Carefully pour the cream between the pears. Bake until Golden, at 220°. It took me 30 min.
