Description

Cooking
Sift flour with salt, add sesame oil and a small trickle pour in hot water.
Knead elastic dough. Wrap in cling film and place in the fridge for 30 minutes
Onions wash and finely chop, mix with salt

Roll the tortilla into a roll ( a tube) and then cut into 12 equal portions
Every part press with your palm and then roll out not very thin. Each circle is approximately 12-15 cm.
In a deep pan with a thick bottom pour vegetable oil and heat it. Then fry the tortillas on both sides until Golden brown. Spread on a napkin to soak up excess oil. Tortillas are served hot.
