Bagels
Very quick and tasty, crispy on the outside and soft on the inside "Minute&am p;quot; for tea. Have seen many recipes for bagels, but this is still not met. Many years ago, learned it from my mom.

Ingredients

  • Flour

  • Yeast

    7 g

  • Sour cream

    250 g

  • Margarine

    200 g

  • Prunes

  • Apple

  • Raisins

Cooking

Dissolve yeast in lukewarm water until mushy state. Mix the sour cream, soft margarine, yeast and flour to form soft dough. The resulting dough (no proofing) to be divided into 3 bun. Each bun roll out into a pancake, cut it into 8-12 sectors

I have today as a filling was apples and raisins, so I divided the cake into 12 pieces. If the filling-jam, divided by 8 (is larger, tuck the edges so that the jam does not leak)

Rolling rolls, the top dipped in sugar and immediately put in a preheated 200*C oven

10-15 minutes and our Longer ready! (focus on your oven, the bagels should be well browned).
