In General, the taste is so versatile that you can add to grilled fish and boiled potatoes, rice and poached egg. My next fantasy, which usually comes in moments, the song Makarevich: "when you put your hands and no words, no music, no forces." Here's to them not to give, I go to the kitchen to cook, then comes something new.

The other day in the supermarket, I was absolutely fascinated by a new product - black lentils. She looks so much like black caviar, in addition, also called "Beluga":), so I decided that I would prepare a snack with the taste of caviar.

It is cooked very easily. This kind of lentils do not require pre-treatment. Just fill with water, bring to a boil, reduce heat and simmer. I cooked without salt exactly 19 minutes. That was enough. Rinse with cold water and let drain

Olives grind approximately the same amount as lentils, anchovies with a knife, to turn almost into a puree, squeeze the juice from the lemon slice. Add olive oil, stir, taste and, if necessary, it needs more salt. Put into the refrigerator for a few hours. Must be infused. So I don't really recommend replacing, but only if it is not possible to buy anchovies.
