Cinnamon cookies
Delicious and fun cookies with the taste and aroma of cinnamon... the nostalgia for the beloved when we were kids liver "pretzels with cinnamon"! These cookies turned out not so dry as your favorite pretzels, it is more soft and gentle. Just a wonderful taste! And cook it is a pleasure! ))

Ingredients

Sift in bowl the flour, baking powder, cinnamon, and a pinch of salt.

Divide the dough into two equal parts (weighing 360 g!) and form a two block length of 25 cm, Wrap them in cling film and refrigerate for 1 hour.
