Breadsticks
Preparing once or twice, products low, and the result is a crispy, soft on the inside bread sticks.

Ingredients

  • Water

  • Yeast

    10 g

  • Salt

    0.5 tsp

  • Sugar

    1 tsp

  • Flour

    300 g

  • Vegetable oil

    4 tsp

The dough is simple - warm water dissolve the yeast, salt, sugar, add vegetable oil, mix well. Then add the flour - at first to interfere with a spoon, and then mix in the flour by hand. The dough should not stick, but tight it to do. Leave to increase in 2 times (goes pretty quickly). In the photo - it approached the batter.

Divide the dough in half and each half into 5 parts.

Roll out each portion of sausage (it is convenient to roll out hands on the Board).

Leave the sticks to fit on the baking sheet (about 10 minutes), I'm on top then made the cuts (on some sticks along with others as the baton - a small nadrezki obliquely over the entire length). Preheat the oven to 220-230 degrees.

Bake for 15-20 minutes (I had 15 and 2 minutes grill for the crust).
