(quick recipe) Recipe for Olya Babich. Very fast cooking zucchini with preservation of vitamins.

Ingredients

  • Zucchini

    2 piece

  • Green onions

    1 coup

  • Sesame oil

  • Sesame

  • Garlic

    1 tooth

Young zucchini cut into thin quarters, add salt and leave for 10 minutes. Squash slightly to flatten and merge the resulting salt solution.

In a thick pan pour oil, heat it, put the zucchini, cover and cook on high heat for 5 minutes. Add chopped green onion, garlic. Sprinkle with sesame seeds. Decorate with thin rings of red chili pepper or crushed dry pepper.
